Active ingredients (5X HPUS): Wild Oat (Bromus ramosus). Inactive ingredients: 27% grape alcohol solution.

‘HPUS’ indicates ingredients are in the official Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.

How to take each essence individually:

Take 2 drops of a single remedy directly on the tongue or add to a beverage and sip. For best results, repeat 4 times a day.

How to make your personalized blend:

1. Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach® 30ml mixing bottle sold separately).
2. Add 2 drops of each remedy to the mixing bottle. Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.
3. Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.

Can be taken individually or as a blend – for best results, take for at least 14 days. Approximately 380 doses per bottle.

Store below 77°F (25°C). Do not use if tamper evident seal around bottle neck is missing or broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Consult a doctor if symptoms last for more than 7 days or worsen. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use. Children under 2: ask a doctor before use.
