I recently went on a gluten-free diet, but all I am trying to do, really, is to avoid GMO wheat in order to help certain health conditions. Many recipes are good for people following a Gluten-Free diet. Although, I am a huge fruits, berries and veggie eater, I am not a vegan, nor a vegetarian. I am at the stage of my life, when I am trying to eat better kinds of meat and less of it, but I am not meat-free. I also try avoiding processed and GMO foods whenever I can. This is what I stand by, and this is what you can expect to find in the recipes below. Let’s make this planet healthier – one person at a time! 🙂
